LandMaXx Corp — Built to bloom, maintained to thrive.

Customer booking app

Terms of Service

These terms apply when you use the LandMaXx customer app to create an account, request an estimate, or ask LandMaXx Corp to schedule property service.

Effective dateAugust 25, 2026

Submitting a request is not a confirmed appointment, does not start a recurring plan, and does not charge you. LandMaXx must confirm the scope, price, and service day first. Once separately accepted at checkout, weekly and biweekly mowing are ongoing recurring plans with a Three-Visit Minimum Commitment and automatic card charges after each completed visit. No charge is made at signup or for an unperformed visit. Applicable Connecticut sales tax is added to taxable charges. Grass over 6 inches at the start of mowing service is subject to a 75% overgrowth surcharge.

1. Using the app

By using the LandMaXx customer booking app, you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter into an agreement for service at the property. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

The app is a way to request service directly from LandMaXx Corp. It is not a marketplace and does not match you with outside lawn-care providers.

2. Your phone-based account

Your mobile phone number is your account credential. You agree to provide your own current number, enter verification codes only in the LandMaXx app, and promptly tell LandMaXx if you lose access to the number or believe your account is being misused. You are responsible for activity performed through your verified session.

You may permanently delete your account through the mobile app or the public account-deletion page after recent phone verification. Deleting the account ends future recurring scheduling; LandMaXx will not silently continue service against a deleted profile, including when fewer than three visits have been completed. Account deletion does not erase payment obligations for completed work, unresolved payment or refund matters, or limited records LandMaXx must retain as described in the Privacy Policy.

3. Service requests are not confirmed appointments

Selecting a service and preferred service day and submitting the form sends a request to LandMaXx. It does not create a confirmed appointment or guarantee service on that day. The app does not ask you to choose an arrival-time window.

A visit is confirmed only after LandMaXx reviews the request and communicates its acceptance, confirmed scope, price, and service day. LandMaXx may decline, postpone, or ask to revise a request because of service-area limits, route capacity, property conditions, safety, weather, access, or an incomplete scope.

4. Recurring weekly or biweekly lawn service

Weekly and biweekly mowing selections request one ongoing LandMaXx lawn-service plan. If accepted, LandMaXx creates the later visit records automatically; you do not need to book each visit again. One-time services and requests for cleanup, hedges, mulch, or larger projects are separate from the recurring mowing plan.

Initial request is nonbinding. The acknowledgement shown with the initial weekly or biweekly request does not start a recurring plan, lock in a price, or obligate you to accept service. It confirms only that you understand LandMaXx must review the property, provide an exact recurring price, and obtain your separate final acceptance before the plan starts.

Plan activation, saved card, and exact recurring price. Before the plan starts, the app shows the cadence, preferred weekday, exact recurring base subtotal, applicable sales tax, recurring base total per visit, and any first-visit overgrowth surcharge. The recurring-service and automatic-payment checkbox is initially unchecked. The plan starts only after you affirmatively accept it and securely save a card through Stripe. Saving the card does not charge it. LandMaXx retains the accepted agreement version, automatic-payment terms version, displayed disclosure, recurring price, preferred service day, and acceptance time with your account record. After acceptance, My Account provides a downloadable copy of that accepted disclosure.

Three-Visit Minimum Commitment. You may submit a cancellation request at any time. If fewer than three lawn-service visits have been completed, your cancellation is recorded immediately and becomes effective immediately after the third completed visit. After three completed visits, cancellation ends the recurring plan immediately and stops future unperformed service. A completed visit means mowing service actually performed at the service address. A weather postponement, LandMaXx cancellation, or other unperformed visit does not count. Any payment or refund for unperformed work is resolved separately and does not keep the recurring plan active.

Continuation and cancellation. Weekly or biweekly service continues after the minimum until canceled. In My Account, open the recurring plan and select Cancel service. If you cannot access the account, call 475-201-7985; LandMaXx will not require you to regain online access before accepting the request. An online request does not require a follow-up phone call. LandMaXx will provide any continuation reminder required by applicable law.

Service day and weather. Your selected weekday is a route-day preference, not a guaranteed date or arrival time. Weather, holidays, unsafe conditions, or route disruptions may move a visit. LandMaXx will communicate material scheduling changes. Seasonal pauses or resumptions will be communicated before service continues.

Automatic payment after completed service. By accepting the final recurring agreement, you authorize LandMaXx Corp to save the customer-selected card with Stripe and charge it after each weekly or biweekly mowing visit that LandMaXx records as completed. No charge is made at signup or for a postponed, canceled, or unperformed visit. Each completed-visit charge is the accepted recurring base subtotal, the disclosed 75% overgrowth surcharge when grass is over 6 inches at the start of that visit, and applicable Connecticut sales tax. Other services require separate approval and are not added to recurring mowing charges.

Failed or action-required payment. If Stripe declines an automatic charge or requires cardholder authentication, the completed-service balance remains due. LandMaXx may ask you to authenticate or update the saved card, and later visits may be placed on payment hold until the balance is resolved. Any retry reuses the same completed-service payment record and does not authorize a duplicate charge.

5. Estimates and pricing

App estimates may use the verified service address, Connecticut public parcel, building, hard-surface, elevation, and aerial records, an approved LandMaXx property profile, staff-verified mowable area, and recorded crew-time factors. Public records and prior property facts can be incomplete, outdated, or unable to show current conditions on the ground.

The mowing flow discloses that LandMaXx will use the selected service address and public property location for automatic measurement. This process does not request your phone's GPS location. A new, ambiguous, outdated, or unverified property may require LandMaXx review before a final price is available.

An estimate may change after LandMaXx reviews the property or learns the actual scope. Yard size, overgrowth, slope, debris, access, fences and fence-line trimming, gates, landscaping, trees, obstacles, extra trimming, and other site conditions may affect labor time and price.

Grass over 6 inches. If grass in the mowable service area is over 6 inches at the start of service, LandMaXx will add an overgrowth surcharge equal to 75% of the mowing price for that visit. The surcharge reflects the additional cutting, trimming, cleanup, time, and equipment demands. For recurring service, your accepted automatic-payment authorization includes this formula; LandMaXx records the observed condition and itemizes the surcharge and tax with that completed-visit charge.

Connecticut sales tax. Prices and minimums are stated before tax. LandMaXx adds the currently applicable 6.35% Connecticut sales tax to taxable services and materials, including any taxable overgrowth surcharge. Connecticut does not impose an additional local sales tax. A customer claiming an exemption must provide valid exemption documentation before service.

The advertised $52 minimum is not a universal final price. It is a before-tax minimum starting point for some qualifying mowing visits when grass is 6 inches or shorter. It is not a promise that any particular property or service will cost $52. Your applicable price is the amount LandMaXx confirms for the agreed work before service, plus applicable sales tax and any disclosed surcharge.

6. Payment

Submitting a service request does not charge you. After LandMaXx confirms a one-time service scope and final price, your account may display a one-time Pay now option. The confirmed total includes the agreed service price, any disclosed overgrowth surcharge, and applicable Connecticut sales tax.

Online card entry is processed through Stripe's secure interface. On iPhone and Android, Stripe's native PaymentSheet sends card and billing details directly to Stripe. LandMaXx receives the payment result, card brand and last four digits when a card is saved, and limited transaction identifiers—not your full card number or card security code.

A weekly or biweekly selection by itself does not authorize automatic payment. Automatic payment begins only when you later check the final recurring-service and automatic-payment authorization and successfully save a card. No payment is taken during that setup. After each visit is completed, LandMaXx submits the exact completed-visit total under that authorization. Receipts and any payment action required appear in My Account.

Payment is not proof of a different scope, date, or service day from the service LandMaXx confirmed. Do not complete payment if the confirmed amount or service details appear incorrect; contact LandMaXx first.

7. Cancellations and refunds

Contact LandMaXx promptly through the current options on the LandMaXx website if you need to cancel or dispute a paid service. If LandMaXx cancels or cannot perform paid work, the amount paid for unperformed work will be refunded to the original payment method.

If you cancel before work begins, LandMaXx will refund the amount paid for unperformed service, less only any custom materials, committed outside costs, or other non-refundable item that was specifically disclosed and accepted before payment. Once work or delivery of materials has begun, any refund will reflect the work performed, materials supplied, and applicable law. Banks and card networks may take additional time to post an approved refund.

For account-deletion safety, a Stripe refund or partial refund must remain at the amount most recently observed by LandMaXx for 30 days before deletion can finish. If the amount changes or the refund fails, LandMaXx must resolve the payment and you must retry deletion. This safety period does not take away any refund or consumer right.

These terms do not limit any cancellation, refund, chargeback, or consumer right that cannot legally be limited.

8. Your property and access

You confirm that the service address and property information you provide are accurate and that you are authorized to request the work. Before a visit, you must disclose known hazards and provide reasonably safe access to agreed work areas, including any needed gate access. Secure pets, remove items that could be damaged or create a hazard, and identify sensitive or off-limit areas.

9. Text messages and consent

Payment receipt texts are optional and can be enabled or disabled in My Account or secure checkout. When enabled and text delivery is active, LandMaXx sends a receipt link after a successful payment. A failed or delayed text does not change the payment status or cause another card charge. Receipts remain available in My Account.

When you ask for a verification code, you consent to receive a one-time account text at the number provided. LandMaXx may also send non-marketing booking, confirmation, arrival, service, security, or support messages connected to your request or account. Message frequency varies, and carrier message and data rates may apply.

You may reply STOP to opt out. Opting out may prevent the app from verifying your number or delivering service updates. Do not request a code for a number you do not control. Marketing texts, if ever offered, require any separate consent required by law.

Mobile push notifications are optional. If enabled, LandMaXx may send non-marketing account, booking, arrival, service, security, or payment updates. You can disable push notifications through your phone settings without giving LandMaXx access to SMS contents.

10. Acceptable use

Do not misuse the app. This includes attempting unauthorized access, interfering with app operation, submitting false or fraudulent requests, scraping or copying app data at scale, introducing harmful code, impersonating another person, or using the app in violation of law or another person's rights. LandMaXx may restrict access when reasonably necessary to protect customers, the company, or the app.

11. Third-party services

The app relies on third-party services, including Twilio for phone verification and messaging, Google Maps Platform for address suggestions, public Connecticut geospatial sources for parcel and aerial property information, Stripe for online card payment, OpenAI Sites and Cloudflare for hosting, and Expo, Apple, or Google services for optional mobile notifications. Google Maps Platform use is subject to the Google Maps Platform Terms of Service. Stripe payment services are subject to the applicable Stripe Consumer Terms. Other providers' data, availability, and services are also subject to their own terms. LandMaXx does not control third-party outages or the accuracy of outside mapping or property data.

12. App disclaimers and limits

LandMaXx aims to keep the app useful and secure, but the app is provided on an “as available” basis. We cannot promise uninterrupted access, error-free estimates, or that mapping and third-party information will always be current.

To the fullest extent Connecticut law permits, LandMaXx is not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential loss caused by app downtime, data transmission problems, third-party failures, or reliance on an unconfirmed app estimate. Nothing in these terms limits responsibility that cannot legally be limited, or removes rights you have under applicable consumer law. Any responsibility for confirmed property services is governed by the confirmed service agreement and applicable law.

13. Connecticut law and updates

Connecticut law governs these terms, without overriding consumer protections that apply to you. We may update these terms as the app or service changes. The updated version will be posted here with a new effective date. Continued use after an update means the revised terms apply to later use.
